A: Unassembled motorsport products: product is covered for “60 days” for the parts and 1 year for the engine. Battery on any of the unassembled products is only covered for 5 days from delivery.
B: Assembled motorsport products: Product is covered for “60 days” for the parts and 1 year for the engine. BATTERY ON ANY OF THE ASSEMBLED PRODUCTS IS NOT COVERED.
60 Days Parts Warranty covers all parts that are defected and defaults. Customer must hold all damaged products. If damaged/defaulted/or defected part or product is not available for recovery, Womoto Inc. has all legal rights to deny warranty.
Required Documents or information:
1. Original buyers contact information
2. Receipt/authorization number
3. Copy of invoice (if available)
If merchandise is tampered with and/or aftermarket products are installed warranty on that specific area is voided in full.
Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside repair labor charges.
In case of warranty needs, procedures are:
1) Inform a Motorsportsonsale representative
2) Email pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org (detailed pictures of the damaged area) with brief explanation of damaged part, name and address with which the product was purchased
3) Ship damaged or defected part to 16273 Gale Ave. Industry CA 91745 (please note that all shipment cost will be covered by customer and not by Motorsportsonsale)
4) Damaged/defected/and or defaulted product will be examined and determined whether we will ship new part or refurbish current product.
5) When shipment is ready, all shipping cost will be covered by customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility that the merchandise receive all necessary maintenance and adjustments and used under normal conditions for its intended purpose .
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master, American Express and Discover. If you are not comfortable to order on-line, you can contact our sale at Toll free number at 1-866-866-0588. We are glad to take your order over the phone, give you the freight charge, or any other question you may have. Your credit card will not be charged before the shipment is shipped out.
All orders are processed between 24-48 business hours. It takes approximately 7-10 business days for delivery. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
In some instances our merchandise shown as available for sale on the Web Site may be temporarily out of stock. We will ship backordered items as soon as possible and other items immediately after processing your order. We will use our discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment for our merchandise purchased on the Web Site. You assume the risk of loss or damage to our merchandise in transit. In the event of damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
All damages and defective products have to be reported within three days of delivery and returns must be authorized
At this time we only ship merchandise to the U.S.. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
If you like to find out the cost of shipping, you can go through the order process using the order button, till you get to the total cost page with the freight charge included. Then you can decide whether you want to complete the order.
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, phone, and fax during our normal business hours. Please NOTE that all cancellations are subject to a non-negotiable non-refundable cancellation fee of $50.00. You may not cancel the order once the merchandise is shipped. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be responsible for “To and From” Shipping and Handling Charges and also a 30% restocking fee to cover the time and labor invested in the shipment.
We strive to be sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If any purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of the date it was delivered. To assist you in the return and prompt handling of your merchandise purchased, please indicate the item quantity and reason for your return.
The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our customer service department before returning a purchased merchandise. Any return shipment without a copy of your original invoice and a RMA number will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and original and handling charges are not refundable.
This policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, and accidents or have not received proper maintenance. There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance.
Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition.
Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be included in the return shipment. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping.
If you have received your vehicle for more than 7 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement. However, you can send the vehicle or parts to us at your expense and we will repair it and send it back to you at our cost.
Only after an inspection of the returned merchandise, a refund check will be issued and mailed to you within 2-3 weeks of receipt.
We do not pay or reimburse any outside labor cost under any circumstances.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Motorsportsonsale or its suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site or items purchased on or through our site or this agreement (however arising, including negligence). Our liability, and the liability of our suppliers, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the User's cost of qualifying products purchased at the time of entering into the agreement.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use.
You further understand that you are responsible for damage to equipment. Purchaser understands the nature of motor scooter riding and motorcycle related activities and acknowledges that Purchaser is qualified to operate such vehicles and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to operate their purchased products.
We are not responsible for the usage of merchandise that we sell on our web site. By purchasing any of our merchandise, you acknowledge that neither motorsportsonsale nor any of its dealers will be responsible for the maintenance or repair of the merchandise that you have purchased from us. By purchasing any of our merchandise, you understand that it is your responsibility to operate the vehicle safely. Maintenance, adjustments, and repair should be carried out in the clean area using proper/specified tools or equipments. Read the instructions thoroughly before start doing any work. Maintenance, adjustments, and repair should be carried out by a qualified mechanic if the owner has insufficient experience. By purchasing any of our merchandise, you understand that it is your responsibility to register and operate the vehicles in accordance with your local and state laws.
